The Repair and Return Program

Consumers consistently rank appearance among the main reasons they choose to patronize a business.  In fact, store appearance is just as important to your customers as how you price your goods or services!  Your associates cannot achieve your goal of having a customer ready environment without having a working vacuum cleaner.  The vacuum Remanufacturing program was designed to ensure that your facility is not without a working vacuum. 

With our 'Vacuum Repair and Return program', a trained support specialist will troubleshoot repair issues with your associates over the phone and attempt to resolve the problem at your location.  Nearly one-third of all issues can be resolved in this manner, saving you a more costly repair while keeping the vacuum in the facility.  If however a replacement is needed, the customer would return the broken vacuum to VSI using the pre-paid shipping supplies on hand at your facility (pre-provided by VSI0. The broken vacuum is then completely remanufactured and shipped back to your facility.

VSI does not repair equipment, rather we remanufacture it.  When the broken unit is returned, it is completely disassembled so that our technicians can replace broken as well as worn parts.  All housings are hand washed to check for stress and cracks, parts are then lubricated as needed before reassembling.  All work is crossed checked by Quality Control before being added back into your companies dedicated inventory.
